I was very worried when you notified me that my mover had been changed one week prior to our move. Little did we know that you switched us to an outstanding organization with a truly professional staff. The lead member of the team was knowledgeable, courteous, and informative about every phase of the packing and unpacking phase of the move. While the crew members he employed were also very courteous, friendly, and professional in their actions, They arrived in a timely manner and delivered the shipped items on a Sunday afternoon to complete the move. We were very pleased to find that there was no breakage or damage on any of the items shipped.
