They got the job done and we’re very kind and generous with their time, going the extra mile to make sure I was a happy customer. However, that extra time spent making me happy is likely one of their challenges with timeliness… They were 40 min late showing up. They didn’t give me a call to let me know they were running late; I had to call them. And my job took them a lot longer than they expected which made them over an hour and a half late to their next job. Despite this, they were a nice group to work with and I’d do business with them again. A little better planning and communication could quickly get them a string a 5 start reviews.

I had a horrible experience with this company! Tom the owner was very nice till I booked my move. I DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR! I had damage done to my furniture! I paid for 2 men to move me and a truck! After being five hours late, one man showed up with a small trailer attached to his beat up truck! I have tried contacting Tom and I get no response! It’s been over a week since my move! They promise to get back you in two business days! That never happens! I would not recommend this company to anyone! I feel like they just stole money from me!!!! Don’t make the mistake I made!!!!
