Hard-working, very professional, good communicator. A little more pricey than other options -- however we would use them again. Highly recommended.

Worse experience EVER, and I plan on filing a Better Business Bureau complaint coupled with negative Social Media reviews on various platforms. I was scammed. I was quoted a price and signed for a price based on my items. I was told the price was guaranteed and fixed. When the movers came, they said some AI software predicted that the move would cost another $685. This was outrageous!!!! I was quote 2000 and signed for 2000. I am sue this has happened to other people. All they moved was a bedroom set and boxes. They lowballed the price to get the deal and the on the day of pickup increase the price 685 dollars!!!! Outrageous!!!! This company is scamming people, and it will be reported!!!!

The booking needs to be clearer. I estimated the best I could. My items were moved out of my house and put in storage in a 26' straight truck and was in a 10x20 storage unit. My price more than doubled because I used up square footage of the truck. It pisses me off that I give u square footage and u didn't give me an accurate price. This is what I will tell people. I feel ur schedulers scammed me and purposely gave me the low price because one my stuff. There were also items I disclosed that were not on the list. Casey and all the movers u hired were spectacular. Also when they showed up there was a timeframe delivery date for 2 weeks out from pick up. Had I known that was ur process I could have accommodated, instead u charged me for a straight delivery I believe. Ur quality assurance call should have went over all this. All he asked me is if my list of items was accurate..

Ended up being more than double the quote. Things not put in right areas. The delivery team in general was great. Your sales and operations team? Need work. I don’t need to remind your employees I am a client not a business. I pay you, you don’t pay me, so a little common courtesy and understanding is appreciated. I was talked down to by your operations leader and my contact for the contract went MIA after issues. Good luck. No good review on my end

While the final objective was achieved, same day delivery from Chicago to Wisconsin with no breakage, the process was not smooth. There was confusion between the carrier and iMoving, despite more than one attempt on my part to correct certain inaccuracies in the order.

Madison Moving Services Are a Click Away
Every move is different. Whether it’s a home, office, or just a few items of heavy furniture, iMoving provides a whole menu of must-have services for moving in and out of Madison:
Long Distance Moving
There are plenty of long distance moving companies in Madison. Are they all worth your time? No. That's why iMoving weeds out the sketchy moving companies, so you're only choosng from the best of the best.
Before a long distance mover joins our network, they have to satisfy our strict requirements. We check safety records, customer feedback, and service histories - and once they join our marketplace, we even call in and pose as customers to keep 'em honest.
Local Moving
There are some sketchy moving companies in Madison, and there are some crews that really give it their all. It's our job to protect you from the bad ones, and make sure you're only shopping from the best of the best. You deserve top-rated movers in Madison, and that's what you're getting with iMoving.
Oh, we also make it super easy to shop for quotes. No need to deal with pushy sales agents or crappy websites. Just tell us what you need on your local move, and we'll give you a whole list of quotes that you can pick and choose from.
Packing Services
Professional packing services in Madison may seem like a luxury you can't afford, but it's one we've made accessible to everyone.
"But iMoving," you may be saying, "I was planning on wrapping all my stuff myself!" Let us be the first to tell you that your old t-shirts aren't enough to keep your fine china safe. You may have a few Amazon boxes left over from last Christmas, but our moving teams have high-quality boxes, padding supplies, and the experience and track record to prove they're legit. Plus, it's not as expensive as you'd expect.
Storage Services
Some people think of storage, and they immediately assume it'll be a long-term money-pit. But at iMoving, we've made it easy to find storage in Madison without breaking the bank - or wasting your time dealing with storage units, either. When you use iMoving to book storage solutions, you're getting on-site storage that's provided by some of the best movers in town.
We're big fans of full service storage. This means your items will live in an on-site facility, and when you've made some space at your new place, they'll be delivered straight to your door. No need to deal with multiple trips or truck rentals to get items out of a unit.
Commercial Moving
You've already got a million things to keep track of. Putting all of Carol in HR's knicknacks in a box so you can move offices is probably not on that list. Or at least, it shouldn't be.
If you're running a business, downtime is the enemy. That's why people like their meetings short, and that's why the commercial movers in the iMoving network can get your HQ packed up and transported in record time. Looking for the best commercial moving company in Madison? We've got 'em. Just tell us more about the job, and we'll connect you with the professionals you deserve.

FAQ
Every move is different, and if your move involves several flights of stairs, elevators, or extra long hallways or driveways, expect to pay a little extra for the obstacle course. When you're entering your moving information, make sure you provide accurate details about the layout of your origin and destination. Otherwise, you may end up with some surprise fees.
iMoving offers a wide range of auto transporters to get your dream garage from point A to point B. You can only drive one car at a time, and you probably don't want to shove a bunch of moving boxes into your Lambo, anyways. Fortunately, our auto transporters have you covered - and if you book a covered trailer, they'll have your car covered too.
We recommend tipping between 15% and 20% of the total cost of the move, to be divided up between your entire moving team. Don't forget the driver, either! In the moving industry, tipping is usually accepted and expected. While there are some rare companies that don't accept a gratuity, it's a good idea to have your wallet at the ready just in case.
To prepare for a move in Madison, we recommend taking a few important steps. First, make sure you've got a job lined up at your destination. Secondly, downsize as much as possible before shopping for movers. If you're doing your own packing, box up your stuff starting with the least-used items, and always pack an essentials bag so you aren't stuck rooting through boxes for your toothbrush or clean underwear.
Movers need to have an official Department of Transportation (DOT) number, which you should be able to find on their website. If a moving company handles long distance moves that cross state lines, they'll also need a Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) number. Don't forget to check reviews and look for any insurance info they may feature on their website.
